Cancellation Policy
I charge a 40% non-refundable fee for any no-shows or same-day cancellations. If you are 15 minutes late after your scheduled appt and do not inform me, I will cancel your appt and charge you a no-show fee.
I also charge new clients a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure appointment. The $25 will be applied to your total service fee.
